USFA rules revision C

Does anyone know what differences there are between Rev C and Rev B?

Might the USFA consider inserting a list of changes so that it would be possible to find the differences easily and quickly?

Rev B only became available a few months ago!

I used to have Richard Wagner as the avatar, then the forum DB broke for several weeks and my avatar of choice was gone. Twain was then available. At least I'm not making up usernames and picking avatars like some tropical fruit or long-thoraxed flying insects might.
