Non specialist looking for a fencing master

I'm a French student currently working on a mémoire about modern fencing and I have a few questions about fencing in the US and Great Britain. Would a British or American fencing master answer me?

I don't think there are any fencing masters on the board, but there are some coaches I believe. Good luck.
