| nope, no clue. however, to post something about the nightlife, as an old dude told me in the ice cream shop in the downtown part of PS, "Muriels is the place where the hip young kids go" i particularly remember the columns...they were made of water and glass, i believe. funky!
just thought i would throw that out there.
i remember an excellent restaraunt down there that also has great mexican food!
palm springs is an excellent town to have a tournament. whee.

| Inq--How the heck are you supposed to schedule vacation time then? Good heavens. In January, I have no idea what my year is going to be like.
============
Speaking of which, I now have plane tickets and hotel reservations for Palm Springs, have sent off my entry for the event, and have notified my boss and the secretary that I will be out on December 12. That should give me enough time to write lesson plans. The worst that could happen is rescheduling one of my events to Sunday, in which case I'll take a later plane and get in at a bizarre hour of the morning.
However, as usual, I'll be getting in around midnight and fencing the Vet WS next day.

| Looks like Vet WF is on Sunday, but the way the form came out, that event is in it's own row, between Sat and Sun.
Check the USFA web site for updates.... |

In January, I have no idea what my year is going to be like. | A question I have asked to no avail. Fortunately there is a good deal of unofficial flexibility...opportunities to "trade times" with other people, etc....so I can usually work out something for tournaments by, for instance, agreeing to work Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years, July 4th, and the adjacent days. |
