Arcon,
I've been wondering for a while, I've even tried referencing it but I'm gonna hazard a guess based on your last and a few previous posts. Is Arcon a reference to a character in a book or some other form of media?
Just curious. Thanks.

then go to the fantasy land link. That is a section for writers of the board. It is centered around the McBeth time period and Arcon is the King......lol I think. I don't usually read there, someone from Fantasy Land please corrrect me if I am wrong.
A group of us starting writing Fantasy in the Water Cooler. Craig eventually gave us our on place : Fantasyland
I started by posting a thread Called:
The Establishment of Arconia
Theres a lot more to our history and struggle than im going to go
into with this post but weve been writing tales about Arconia
for almost three years now. Moonitic has written a book thats both very similiar(plots) in places to whats been written in fantasyland but also different.
We've had writers to come and go but there are a few of us left
from the very beginning. We have developed a bond with each other and a dedication to what we do in fantasyland. Each of us is a link in this chain I'll call Arconia
P.S. we welcome new writers to join us.
A selected few Know why and how it all came about
(the beginning of Arconia)to my knowledge only two
people other than
myself know where the name Arcon came from and the
personal history behind it.
I actually haven't read much in the line of fantasy. I decided to give this (Arconia) a whirl to do something different. I'm most familiar with the YA (young adult) genre, which I've written in myself. My favorite in THAT genre is L.J. Smith. She beats Christopher Pike & R.L. Stine by a mile (or two).
