about how much does epee cost? this includes the weapon and armour needed to learn it.

It depends...

Where you buy your gear determines how much you are going to spend;some companies are simply more expensive than other.But I bought all my stuff plus two epees at Blue Gauntlet for like around 500 dollars. For more vendors, go to the usfa website, and shop around.

And don't buy from ANYONE that insists you need any armor to fence epee (except chest protectors and protective cups).

Mmm..technically the mask might qualify as a sort of armour...and of course if you're getting FIE Kevlar jacket and knickers that's a sort of body armour...
