Array Dinamo/Fleche blades What are your opinion of these foil blades? I need a budget blade very quickly, (Can't afford a B.F. right now) and I heard these are durable for the money. Are they flexible and flickable, or stiff like B.F.?
Thanks "A fast fencer may be good, but a smooth fencer is a champion." CFFA -

Thanks I highly suggest these from Blade, about the only thing I will suggest from them, especially if you have the time to clean a bit, the Hurricane Floyd 8 dollar ones have served me well. All the ones that I've had flicked well and will get funky bends if you don't put a correct one into it first. Good buy for 8 bucks. -

Array Thanks, So would you say these are low cost alternatives to Leon Paul blades, as they are less stiff and more flickable than Blaise Freres? "A fast fencer may be good, but a smooth fencer is a champion." CFFA -

Array I just got three "new France Lames" (i.e.: Prieur) maraging foil blades stamped "FIE 12-02" and wired with german point at the cost of $70.40 each. They appear to be a lower cost alternative to the LP flickmaster foil blade ($128) that I got at Nationals. -

I would be interested in trying them, but I don't know who supplies them? -

How do the FL/Prieur blades feel? They're a pretty good deal, but I'm wary about new blades... -

Array I specifically asked Saul for the softer (flickable) blades of the batch, so they are not representative of the batch. Similar Threads -
