Champion Fencing Gear?

I have heard a couple of rumors from some folks that Champion (the socks and sweatshirt people) is marketing some fencing gear in Europe. From what little I have heard this is private label stuff like the Adidas fencing gear is and is horribly overpriced.

Has anyone heard anything more? Thanks!

Champion is a major sponsor of the Italian team. It wouldn't be surprising for them to make gear in line with their other existing products, like socks and, um, socks? I haven't noticed it myself, and I can't imagine what they might be making.
