I was wondering if anyone knows about any fencing lessons for children around the age of 9-14 if you do please reply. Thanks

Yes.

My advice to you is to talk to your local clubs. I'd bet a majority offer youth programs. The latest craze in my division (by craze, I mean 2) is jr-high programs.
