Columbia University Hi
Can someone confirm that there are showers at this year''s venue for the NY World Cup this month?
I assume that there are, but - since last year's venue had none - I want to make sure. Flying home afterwards without one would not be pleasant for me (or the 300+ other people on the plane...)

What is the actual site of the venue? If it's at Columbia University there are locker rooms in the athletic facilities with showers. If it's at the Armory, then you may be out of luck. As for the rest of the venues throughout the city, it's fairly random.

If you're flying business/first (or are a member of one of the airport clubs), you could use the airport club facilities. The one at Newark (Continental/President's Club) is very nice (marble, etc). You never commented upon. How was Steamboat?

According to the usfencing.org (no information about the venue on fie.ch....), the venue is:
Columbia University
Dodge Physical Fitness Center
New York City
So there should be showers there, then :-)
