Strange errors Hi!
Some strange stuff has popped up lately:
1. When I used the "search for new posts" feature, I found a post by Peach dated 2003-05-28. When I went to that thread and looked at the post, it was dated 2003-05-27. Whats up?
2. Recently, the black dots denoting threads that I have posted in have disappeared for me. Anyone else experiencing this?
3. When I use the feature "go to first unread post" I have noticed that there are several posts unread by me above the post that I am directed to. This happens fairly often, but by no means always.
A suggestion: When posting a poll, I have not seen any feature which allows for posting multiple polls concerning different questions on the same general topic. On big topics I think that this would be nifty.
Have a nice time!

Hmm...Don't know why this would be happening except for if the server is not adjusting the post time to your time zone.

I turned that off to save on some of the emails I get asking what the dots are. I can turn that back on if you want.
3. When I use the feature "go to first unread post" I have noticed that there are several posts unread by me above the post that I am directed to. This happens fairly often, but by no means always.
I think it marks posts read based on the last time that you logged into the board, is that what's happening?

Currently you can only post a poll with the first post of a topic. I'll look around and see if there are some hacks that would allow for this function.
Cheers,
Craig
Have a nice time!

Black dots At first, I didn't like them, now I look for my black dots. Have you thought about turning them back on and having an explanation of what that means (envelope w/black dot) on the bottom of the page.
Thanks! -

Array I too wondered what had become of those....but have been too lazy to ask. They are a nice luxury, but I can do without them if they're too much of a pain administratoritively (!? ). -

Array I'll turn the black dots back on.
