Lefty saberist here. I've only been fencing for about a year and a half though, so no real tricky stuff to share. The most useful thing I've found is that if someone hasn't fenced many left handed fencers, they'll keep there guard in too far, allowing you easy access to the outside of the wrist/arm. Stop cuts to the wrist also might be a little more effective, as the distance is slightly closer with a lefty fencing a righty. Though if your opponent is experienced with lefties, you'll have the same problems.

Array I find that for me it is easier to do stop cuts under the arm/wrtist rather than the sky hook aginst righties. -
I find it useful to think of my opponant as having open and closed lines, instead of whether they are left-handed or right-handed, but here's one trick to try with mirror-handed people:
For the first touch, come in en garde with your weapon too far in, leaving your forearm ever so tempting to the opponant who believes you just have bad form, and then wait...When they go for the wrist touch (and they will), parry 4 (or 2) and riposte. It'll work once or twice, then do something else. -

Array Another useful trick: it just seems to be very natural to make back-edge beat 4 then cut cheek against righties. Once they've gotten used to the beat-4 and attack to the mask, make a (hard) beat 4 to draw the parry, and cutover into the belly.
Obviously for you righties, the same applies when being done to a left. - we just get more practice working the righty-lefty situations. "In theory, theory and practice are the same, but in practice, theory and practice are different." Similar Threads -
