I am in the process of switching from a french grip to a russion pistol grip. I was wondering how you attach the russian grip to the old blade from the French grip. Do you have to cut the end of the foil to let the grip fit? Thanks for the info.
Good choice by the way. I have been using a Russian grip for a while and am rather happy with them. They do not seem to flick as well as some but seem to lend more force to parrys and to me seem excellent for disengages and tight blade work.
