changing size of board for laptops

My computer is a laptop, so whenever I go to this site, the page is a bit too big for my screen. I have to always scroll left and right, which is a bit of a pain. Is there any way to get it to 'shrink' to fit my screen size?

There is another template available to registered users:
1. Click on "profile/user prefs"
2. Click on "edit options"
3. Scroll down to the bottom to Other Options
4. Choose the Horizontal Style Set there.
5. Save your changes.
