Prep during day of competition-chart?

Hi,
I had come across a chart somewhere on the internet and cant find it any longer. It was a chart for preparing yourself for competition on the day of the competition. Anyone have any idea where to find it?

had it laid out one and a half hours before the competition and a countdown of preparing your mind, body,e tc.

Well, I don't know about the chart but here's some routines that I put together and asked people here about it.

It looks good, but working the ab groups seperately is a lot more productive and efficient than doing situps.
