fencing videos online

i am on a budget and cannot afford to buy fencing videos. are there any websites with free videos to watch? because i wanna see wat a real match is like in the olympics.

(I'm slightly affiliated with...) Fencing Footage.

Many videos have QuickTime clips, allowing you to see fragments of bouts (all genders, all weapons) from world champs, world cups, and the olympics.

I don't know of any other place that has fencing clips online. I'd love to learn about some, tho.

Check out www.escrime-tv.com - The screen size is small, but you can see some pretty good stuff there.

Yup. Many of the video descriptions have QuickTime videos to view. They're usually short clips, but lots of them are cool.

Just view some of the video description pages. Olympics and World Championships are my favorite.

how do u get the videos to play? i go to olympics and click on '92 mens sabre, scroll down and click where it says "click to play" but then nothing happens, i have quicktime 6 but do i hafta do something with it, or does the movie just take a really long time to load?

YoshotheGrand -- I'm sorry. I know about the problems on that page -- people have complained to the site owner that the movies don't load. I can't get the movies to load.

Have you tried some of the other pages? This is what's supposed to happen: click the "click here to play", wait a little while, the little streaming clip comes up. 5-12 seconds of fun.

I know that they're going to release an improved version of the site soon.

i got the videos working, wow, that was one of the first times ive seen pro fencing, its crazy fast!
