Try Fechtsport Raeber & Co in Lucerne, reachable at 041/ 210 22 40 or
info@fechtshop.ch. I know you can get Uhlmann & Allstar products there (as I
have) but I don't know whether they carry other brands. Probably you can get
what you want, but just ask. They're very friendly and English and German
(at least) are no problem.
