Fencing Clubs in South Korea?

A friend has recently been transferred there, and so far, has had no luck in
finding a club near Seoul, though he knows there must be one. Does anyone have
any suggestions?

World Student Games are in Daegu, Korea this year.

So I assume there must be some good fencing there! =)
