winning juniors:div 1?

if you win the qualifiers for under 19 at sectionals, do you qualify for division 1 also? i've heard both yes and no...

No, the winner of the U19 sectional event qualifies for Div IA, not div I, and in addition anyone who qualifies for U19 or U16 also qualifies for DivII...
