Washing Adidas equipment

I recently bought the Uhlmann Adidas knickers and jacket. What's the best way to wash them? I've seen some with the stripes fading, and I hope to avoid that.

Sorry, I can't answer your question, but if you could post a pic of yourself wearing the gear that'd be great - I'm mesmerised by the studio shot on Fechtsport Langenkamp but lack the $$$ and the self-confidence to buy a set!

I just wash them normally, like the normal uniforms.

Don't put them in the dryer.
