Array knees Does anyone know of anything that will prevent knee injuries? Thanks. -

Array Correct foot work and stretching your legs, as flexability does help greatly. Make sure you're not straining anything when lunging. If you're feeling any discomfort near or in your knees, search for the root of the problem through stretching or see a sports physiologist. That's pretty much all I can think of. Hope that helps. Array Don't fence NAC's. Ever.
They are all held on concrete, and are basically knee and back killers. -

Array my coach told us that the move that damages your front knee especially is to let your knee go over the point of your foot when you lunge. You should land with your knee directly above your heel. Hope that helps.

Array Weight training has helped strengthen my legs and has reduced pain around my knees considerably. -

Array Thanks Tomas, i went to the gym and did some weights, you're right, it worked! I should drop some weight also, and do a few more sit-ups. My posture wasn't so hot for a while, i was tucking my hips under, and that stressed out knees. I don't think I should run as much as I used to, maybe just a light jog around the gym once in a while should be fine. -
