Bring back Pee-Wee Herman! That's the trouble, we don't have anything left to laugh about. We lost pee-wee herman about 15 years ago, and that was that, no more laughs.

Pee Wee is in court on charges of collecting child pornography, I don't think he'll be working in Hollywood again anytime soon.

I had no idea, I heard he was caught in the theater being a jerk! It never occurred to me that he would go after the kids - gross, I am so dissapointed, i liked the show very much, the talking toilet was great, the kitchen goddess he flirted with was exactly right! i didn't like the cowboy, i liked the genie, its so incredible. Are there any other kids shows that come across as okay? or are they all trash?

Reubens' public audition with Rosie Palm happened in 1991. The instance with the child pornography occured November 2001. It was confirmed that Paul Reubens had a copy of the Rob Lowe video showing him and an underage girl; Reubens also had dozens of pornograpic photos of children. Jeffrey Jones, who played Mr. Rooney the principal from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, was arrested a day before Reubens for soliciting a 14yr old to pose for him; he too had photos of child pornography in his home.

I'm totally shocked. It may sounds childish,but i used to watch peewee herman on saturday, saturday was my day, it was rest/relax, and watch peewee herman as well as Inspector Gadget and the He-man cartoons. But the Cowboy did not interest me, I really couldnt look at him very much, there was something artificial about him, I liked pee-wee for his spontinanety. Was it contrived? Maybe!

I can't believe someone with his personality would even know someone like Rob Lowe, who's made something of a re-appearance, in spite of his past, I wonder what would prompt an adult to behave like that, just money?

I wonder what the difference is in a person who has a genuine feeling for theater and the arts, and those who just pursue 'stardom', the personality differences between a true actor and a 'star'.

Reubens is a former Marine; like a lot of people (not just actors) he probably has a private side that he chooses to share only with his friends (I don't know that he and Lowe are friends) for reasons now obvious.
