The University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX, USA hosted an Ides of March "E & under" foil tournament on Saturday, 15 March 2003. In addition to fencers from the host club (UST), fencers from the South Houston High School fencing program (SHHS) and the Clear Lake Fencing Club (CLFC) participated. There was a field of 15 competitiors, making this a D tournament.
