how's the fencing in buenos aires?

I had a friend that fenced in BA, there are a couple university clubs and one
real club, I think (from what I've heard). He was quite a good fencer, and he
also coached there. Don't know the actual names of the clubs but online I
believe they have a BA fencing webpage somewhere.
