Thats NOTHING. You should have seen the bag pile weekend before last at the AFF #1 circuit comp in Melbourne on Saturday. 70 odd male epeeists, plus 30 odd female epeeists, almost ALL with wheeled bags. It was like grand central station.

I'd go so far as to contest the assertion that what's pictured even technically qualifies as a pile at all.

I'm just glad the weather was nice...it was raining the previous day, and since I had to set up outside, it could've been miserable if the rain had continued (not to mention all those bags would've gotten soaked)

Yes, I believe I was. Craig mentioned that. I've been posting less than I used to over the last several months, which probably makes poor grammar posters, fnetters who dislike sarcasm and Purple happy. I don't remember what I posted in Rules, but given that I can't find my post, whoever moderates it probably decided that my thought wasn't worthy. That doesn't surprise me. If I moderated Rules, I would discount my attempted post with prejudice.

In general, once a thread in the rules forum has been answered, subsequent posts are only going to be approved if they contribute significantly to the topic. Also, pay attention to the style of the posts that are being approved. We're trying very hard to only include useful information and not digressions or incomplete answers.
If you Enhance the picture enough I think you can maybe see one bag on top of another in the background, in the shadow. That's a prerequisite for a pile to me.
