March 22/23, 2003

Saturday, March 22rd
8:00 Gym Opens
9:00 Open Mixed Epee Registration Closes
9:30 Open Mixed Epee Begins
11:00 E&Under Sabre Registration Closes
11:30 E&Under Sabre Begins
12:30 E&Under Mixed Epee Registration Closes
1:00 E&Under Mixed Epee Begins
2:00 Open Mixed Sabre Registration Closes
2:30 Open Mixed Sabre Begins

Sunday, March 23th
8:00 Gym Opens
9:00 Open Mixed Foil Registration Closes
9:30 Open Mixed Foil Begins
12:30 E&Under Foil Registration Closes
1:00 E&Under Mixed Foil Begins

Fees: $15 First event, $10 Addnl Events
Late fee for registration is $10.00. Preregistration must be postmarked on
or before March 15.

Awards: Trophies will be awarded for 1st - 3rd places in all events. The
first place trophy is a replica sword.

* A number of highly ranked fencers will be in attendance, ensuring a highly
ranked and exciting competition!
* There will be a dedicated professional staff of referees for all events.
* E&Under events will be held in all three events. Fencers may compete in
both the Open Mixed and the E&Under if their rating is 'E' or Unclassified.
* There will be Fencing Equipment Vendor booths in the main gym.
* Lockers & Showers are available in the dressing rooms. (Please bring your
own lock.)
* A concession stand will be open on-site for lunch & snacks.
* USFA Membership is required for all competitors. USFA registration forms
will be available at the tournament. Proof of current USFA membership will
be required.
* All USFA regulation safety equipment is required, including masks which
pass a punch test.
* Underarm plastrons, proper fencing uniforms (including legwear), and
weapon weights/shims will be checked on-strip.
