Hello,
not quite on topic, but I'm sure you can help me with that:
Recently I encountered a problem (in direct elimination) when my opponent
scored one hit (epée, end of first third).
Just after his touche I asked the referee for the time, which was by then
3min 10s.
I told the referee he couldn't score the last point of my opponent, but he
told me, it only is of his interest what's on the clock.
I couldn't really believe, that, like in soccer, he could add more time...
After the match he told (obviously he wasn't sure too), that he started the
clock once 10s too late, so he added those 10s later.
What do you think?
Thanks for your help,
