For a book I'm editing, can someone tell me when the last two changes officially took place -- USFA to US Fencing and US Fencing to USA Fencing?

I don't think the shift from "US Fencing Association" to "US Fencing" was a real name change, though the name of the internet domain may have changed from "usfa.org" to "usfencing.org". I find that the name "usfa.org" was registered to the United States Fencing Association in 1995, while the name "usfencing.org" was registered to the United States Fencing Association in May, 1999.
I think the *organization's* name was officially changed after June 2010 and before August 2010. I have a newsletter sent to me on July 29th, 2010 that says "United States Fencing Association", and one sent on August 17th that says "USA Fencing". To my mind, that doesn't necessarily mean that the name change didn't occur before that last USFA newsletter in July, because there could have been some institutional inertia involved.

I also see a post on this forum by Tim Morehouse polling people for reactions to a proposed new logo for "USA Fencing". That post was in July, 2010.
The official adoption of "USA Fencing" as the trade name for the United States Fencing Association took place at the Board meeting in September, 2010. The official name of the organization did not change.
