Array You're getting out of breath fencing epee?! Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! -
Top 4 at Div 2 and Top 8 at 1a qualify for
Div 1 champs. Once upon a time the winner (maybe top 2) in Div 3 qualified also. I'm not sure if that's still the case. I now dangle to the left....my tassle. Get your minds out of the gutter.

Array If you're asking the internets how to train for Div1 Champs, you probably shouldn't be fencing Div1 Champs. Ask your coach. There is a very good chance your coach will have a good answer for you. "Sir, didn't I parry"
"You didn't take advantage of his blade enough, so no."

In fairness this seems to be Shanté's forté: she always poses questions here that might better be asked of her coach and it's been reasonably well established IIRC that she actually has both a fairly solid and reputable coach and training environment. I've taken to assuming that she likes throwing inquiries out to the ether and seeing if anythin useful turns up just for kicks. I now dangle to the left....my tassle. It sounds to me like a combination of your muscles not being able to recover properly/not processing lactic acid efficiently, and you not eating enough appropriate food.
For the muscle issue, I would again look at sprints. Probably about 60-75 metres, and around 10 sets. Also look at doing explosive or power weight training, working a bit below your max lifting ability for around 6-10 reps.
For food, you'd be better off asking someone else because I eat absolute crap. -
