Does anyone have a copy of their club's bylaws that I could use as a template for the club we are forming for the wheelchair group here in San Diego. Would you be willing to share them with me?

Doesn't the USFA have sample by-laws on the web site?

Without checking, I think they have sample division bylaws but not sample club bylaws.

With checking (briefly), there's a "Beginning Guide for Clubs", which may have a bunch of information useful to the OP (although some of it is out of date). There's also "Start a Club at Your School", which offers a number of potentially useful resources.

There may be other useful bits and bobs that my (very) brief search didn't locate.
