    6 hours of fencing.

OUCH my legs! I got to my club around 8:00 yesterday morning my coach had me run for 15 minutes then me and my teamates played a couple games. After that we had to run some more and do agility. Ladder stepping. Then me and Spencer TRIED too fence. First my fat chest protector (TOO BIG) got in the way of my lame' zipper th gen spencers blade wouldn't work so after all the time I spent getting on the lame' and body coard coach said so very calmly " we will have to fence dry and I was like then 5 fingered push ups then 3 then the dreaded... 1 fingered push ups. Then up to the jumpropes and jump for 2 minutes and then it was over. I do it again tomarrow. And suprisingly I can't wait!

    Got touche?

Have you considered starting a blog here? Lots of people track their training there and it keeps it all in one place for you to review when you want to track your progress. I particularly commend Peach's blog as an example.
