Welcome to the Rules and Referee Questions forum. This forum is being set up to help answer ongoing rules or refereeing questions that come up on a fairly regular basis.
In order to help get the best/most reliable information out front in these threads, they are going to be moderated. Anyone can start a thread but all replies will be moderated. The intent is to screen to allow the good/correct answers to be published.
That way, we'll have a pool of reliable Q&A in this part of the forums. For the answers I'll be hitting up various members of the FOC to both contribute and to screen responses for accuracy.
This is a bit of an experiment but given the number of rules threads that go off track or have inaccurate information posted, I feel it's worth a try.
