This may interest the photography geeks who reside here. It may even interest those with an interest in criticising fencing technique (although it's really the photography technique that matters) !

Anyway, take a look at this cinemagraphic photo of me executing a lunge. It was taken by a semi-professional photographer (and very handy foilist) who fences at Central London FC. I think it's a really cool technique...

The camera doesn't take the picture the same way shoes don't make you fence better. He may have missed some shots with a much cheaper camera, but he would still have a lot of great photos.
