| No! By all means, pixie sticks should have their own thread. yummmm... I could do with some pixie sticks right now. I haven't had them in a long time. You know those HUGE ones you can get at baseball games and such? Those are good.

| Is it OK to eat pixie sticks if one is a vegitarian? Or a vegan? I mean, are pixies part of the animal kingdom? Phylum chordata? Are they endangered?
And just what part of the pixie constitutes the "stick"?
Enquiring minds want to know! |

| Of course Pixies are part of the animal kingdom - they're foil fencers, and foil fencers are human! Or at least, foilists look like pixies, waving their little wands....
That said, I sure could go for some pixie sticks right now. Maybe they'll numb the pain the foilists will inflict by beating me. |

I think maybe it's in relation to pixie dust.

| I looked up pixie stix on yahoo. I understand now, was most confusing before.
I used to be a great fan of the really long fat plastic straws with stripes of rainbow-coloured sugar/kali type stuff in. Well pink, and pale yellow, green and blue at least, not really rainbow.
I'm being good now and not eating many sweets tho, is good in the long term but torture in the short-term when you pass your fave sweets in a shop. Ah well. |

| lmao- well, I'm bound to like anything containing that much sugar!
(to be honest, I've always wondered about Slush Puppies... yes they're slush.... no, they're certainly not puppies...... unless there's something the makers aren't telling us! )

Neither are hush puppies if it comes to that. Ah well im not going to let it worry me. slush puppies are good if you can get 2 flavours swirled together. well until they melt and go a strange colour. |

But that Finnish delicacy, fried goat testicles, actually are what they are purported to be. Oh, I have been to China and seen the stuff that they sell in the traditional medicine shops. Canīt remember any organ whatsoever that was not sold in dried form.
Have a nice dinner!

| mmmmm yes pixie sticks are grat but i also love the plastic thinkgs that are like pixie sticks. the granduals of sugar are bigger i them but what i like to do is just open one end and chew on them untill all the sugar slowly dissapears. Like a controlled relese pixie stick.
