    Electric Sabre timings

I know the basic lock out is around 110-120ish ms with some variation between boxes but does anyone know the specifics of things like whip over lock out (assuming this happens)? Under what circumstances and for how long is the weapon of the attacker locked out if it contacts the opponent's blade? Are there any other electric box behaviours it's worth knowing about?

120ms, plus or minus 10 ms.

    whip over lock out
Between 4 and 15ms. After that it's supposed to register normally again.
Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you!

Appendix B to the Material rules contains answer to all of these questions (or at least most of them) - specifically part C, section (b).
