A more constructive approach may have been to post some videos of yourself coaching and explaining your methodology and inviting an open debate. Alternatively you could write a reasoned critique that could be discussed and evaluated to everyones benefit

I'm dismayed that it's leaked into the Coaching Corner. I believe that people posting here generally make a conscious effort to ensure that this part of the forums maintains a high signal-to-noise ratio. I really appreciate that, and I feel that we've been largely successful for 4 years running. Hopefully, we can put this thread behind us and get back to the Coaching Corner's established character with some useful and thought-provoking discussion about coaching fencing. -
