"What Is Fencing" videos (suited to non-fencers)?

I'm trying to explain, in brief pictorals, what fencing is to my CrossFit friends. Looking for videos.

I'm not sure I would agree with the calls that the narrator made. The 'riposte' took a really long time between the parry and the action, even for foil, let alone sabre. I might be inclined to call that an attack, perhaps I'm wrong though.

And the attack from the right where the left misses does not start immediately after the attack fails. there are a good few steps in before his attack starts.

I, personally, have my doubts as to such a video being a good first-taste for the uninitiated, specifically because it could bring up points like those in Bonehead's post above, which would lead to more questions (discussion is good, though) and possibly confusion, as well as most of the ROW-centric parts likely having a short useful life before being rendered outdated by changes to either the rules or the popular interpretation of such.

Probably better to just show them some footage from the FIE's YouTube channel and explain it personally as you go...

(Alternatively, what I've done - rather successfully, IMO - is create a rather basic slideshow (Microsoft PowerPoint/OpenOffice Impress/LibreOffice Impress) with only enough information to explain the generalities of what the sport is and primary the differences between the three weapons/disciplines.)
