Array Lame Question So, my current lame may need replacing soon, due to a fuzzy patch on the shoulder, (from an unknown source of velcro), and I have found a tiny little off-target spot. Not to mention the fact that its dirty.
Anyways, I liked the style of this one, an Absolute Elite, but I can't seem to find it now. I was wondering if anyone knew where I may find one, or if there is something better at an affordable price, something that will last longer. I plan on using the new one, (whatever it may be, whenever I get it), as a tournament lame, so it doesn't have to be a totally invincible, un-flaw-able lame. This would also be my first time replacing a lame, so obviously I don't need it to be anything particularly fancy.
Also, if I just overlooked the Elite lame when I checked Absolute, this question is lame in more ways than one...yeah...I know...but it's true. -

Array Have you tried washing your lame`? The fuzzy/dead spot can be patched, too. Search the forum, there's lots of discussion on both subjects. That is unless outgrowing it is also a concern - if that is the case..........I return you to your previously scheduled discussion. -

Array I have never tried washing it, no, but I think it's beyond that...it's at the point where getting my name put on the back wouldn't be worth it.
Thanks anyways. -

Array I think I might...as soon as I have a long enough break from fencing to allow the dry time...that'll be a while. -
