if you want something interesting to do maybe you could take a look at the difference between the decsi/gu bout in bulgaria and the decsi/gu bout in russia. gu makes a very smart adjustment in the second bout. anyone want to discuss what it might be? -

Array Andrew - Minor technical glitch: The final bout between Lopez and Gu is so labelled, but the URL for that video says Lopez v Yakimenko... Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! -

Array Quick note on the new site. When looking at the bout titles, I have no idea who is fencing in the bout until I open it because the first part of the title is where it took place and what round it's in. Sometimes you get the first fencers name before it cuts off. You probably don't want to go through and change the way everything is labeled, but is there a way to have additional text pop up if you scroll over the bout so that the full title pops up? It just makes it really hard to search for a bout the way it's set up now. -

I'll take a stab at it.
In Moscow, Gu seems to get deeper into the centre box then in Bulgaria to try and draw Decsi into finishing his attacks shorter. Also Gu got burned a lot with his long through-cuts getting parried or getting countered, I got a feeling that for the most part Gu shortened his attacks a bit into sharper finishes.
Are either of these anything like what you had in mind?

ok so i have exchanged several emails with the people who run my site and they have told me that while displaying more of the name would be too difficult for them (not sure why), they are going to look into having the entire title pop up in a little screen when you hover over the name like youtube did. i know it is not ideal but it is the best i can do. i will send them another email in a few days to hurry it along a bit Similar Threads -
