    Credit where credit is due

While I'm sure many on these boards are already familiar with F.net's store and customer service, my recent experience with them made me inclined to post a brief testimonial.

I ordered a pair of long-awaited Ballestras as a Christmas present to myself, then when I got them determined I probably needed a half size larger. As recommended by F.net, I ordered the new pair and planned to send back the others later. When I got the new ones, they fit better, so I was excited to test them out at practice. Imagine, given the reputation that has so far been enjoyed by the Ballestras, my surprise when one of them tore while I was warming up the first time I ever practiced with them!

So now I was concerned that I was going to have to send the original, wrong size pair back to F.net and process a separate (annoying) warranty claim with Nike. However, I called F.net this morning and in less than 5 minutes, the rep on the phone had arranged to ship out a new pair in my size, along with a shipping label to cover the return shipping for both pairs!

I am officially convinced that all the good things I've heard about F.net's service were warranted, and I encourage any of you who don't already to give them your support in the future--I certainly will!
