Geez, Cadets all OVER Europe this weekend...
Are these things regional? It looks like apart from the Americans everyone was from the area: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova... Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you!

I think regional tournaments would be an appropriate categorization of these cadet circuit events. (Similar to how our SYCs are mostly regional events yet open to everyone.)
