rating chart?

Can anyone post it here, or point me toward where I could find it? I know it was on usfencing.org under either the forms or documents section, but I can no longer locate it.
Thanks

Go to Info for Members, then Documents, click on USFA Operations Manual, then on USFA Classification Reference Chart.
