OK, you all know that I cannot get a ride to the club to fence so I do 100 lunges a day in the garage.
I have recently added a tennis ball hung from the ceiling and swing it like a pendulum and try and get in hits and disengage when it is next to my blade.
Here is the issue. Lately I just seem to be leaning to the left (I'm left handed and a wheelie) moreas a remise then a series of lunges and it seems all I have done is crack the plaster on the wall.
I just seem to be slower over all. Of course I think I might have had a TIA last week, but I am fine now, just slower. I am seeing the Dr. before I fence in the Crescent City Open.
Bah, any suggestions for drills? Use a mirror? Make myself reset each time? Anyone? , Anyone? Bueller?
