Looking for La Ginnastica per la scherma DVD

Anyone got one? And please don't refer me to a fencing vendor for this, have had some trouble with that.

I've asked The Fencing Post to place an order for several copies for me on their next order to Negrini and they have responded positively. I hate to refer you to a vendor, but if you were to also contact them about the DVD, hopefully having an order from you would help them remember to place their order from me! I was finally at the point of trying to order the darned thing directly from Negrini, but they told me that shipping would be 40 Euros. Ouch!

Actually, what I was worried about was going through Negrini.

I should have said I didn't want to go through an out of country fencing vendor. That is something I would like to avoid (it isn't practical unless you are buying in bulk). If fencing post is getting copies I'd be happy to order from them. Any ideas when they will put it up for sale?

I don't know what their timetable will be. They said that they'd throw them onto their next overseas order, but I don't know when that will happen. I also don't know what the pricing will be. Drop them an email to add your voice to mine! Wouldn't it be incomprehensibly cool if somebody on this continent had copies for sale? *sigh*

I'll be studying abroad in Paris in a few weeks. Any idea if the Negrini store would have some in stock, if I can make it to Verona?

A quick update to say that The Fencing Post has, indeed, ordered the DVD for me. I am, as always, very happy about their fabulous service. If people are, in the future, looking for copies of this, try asking them!

Don't forget it's a region 2 DVD so you'll also probably have to cough up some dough to get a non-region DVD player.

Not that simple. Computer DVD drives are set to a specific region. You can change the drive region through the BIOS up to three times before it locks it forever.
