    Ball Drills?

OK, you've all heard my whine about not being able to get a ride to fencing. Nationals was the last time I fenced and then I stunk out loud.

Since then I have added something to my daily workout of 100 lunges a day. I have hung a tennis ball (I still say hangin was too good for him.) I use it for a point control drill ( as long as it hangs right in front of me it's safe, and disengages.

Any other drills I might add before I go to New Orleans in October.

First off, who put a link to Kaiser in my posting.

Second, it is only painful if your cup isn't straight when you sit down.

    Oh, I get it.

I expect that you are focusing on point control - accuracy and speed - so if you have some spare change, you might want to invest in a Target Speed.

Unfortuately, no, such is life on disability. If I could get a ride to the club, they have one. (and real fencers.)

One thing I have been doing is to start it swinging in an arc and try to get in some lunges. If the ball is at the bottom of the swing I then have to disengage
