Opening threads to first unread by default?

Is there any way to open a thread to the first unread post as a default option? In the thread listings there is an option to either open the thread to the first post or teh last post, but not to the first unread post. Once the thread is opened the option for first un-read is there, but on my BB that means waiting for two glacial ages to pass instead of one...

Click the icon with the down arrows just to the left of the thread title and it will take you to the first unread post in the thread.

Worst part about this post is that 3 minutes after posting it I noticed the new double down arrow next to the thread title. Thanks Craig!
