As I said, I didn't see much of her fencing throughout the day. But the bout I was referring to was the gold medal bout against Evelyn Scarborough. The gala bout against Felicia was hard for me to watch because I was sitting in a difficult to watch location (at Felicia's end of the strip next to Dan DeChaine).

The gold medal bout was rather slow with very little "pushing the envelope" by either fencer. But, that could be the nature of epee itself.
