Array OSU will not win. They only have 11.
St. John's is currently ahead, and has a decent shot, as their men's fencers are solid. Foil is likely their weakest.
ND has a strong men's squad as well. I'm surprised PSU is behind right now. I'd like to see ND or SJU win, I think it will be ND.
It depends largely on one or two key fencers for each squad though. Chinman for PSU, Watson for SJU, Vomero for SJU, Schoolcraft and Kaull for ND. "Preparation is the soul of tactics. And tactics are the soul of fencing."-Aladar Kogler -

Array end of 1st day, SJU on top, ND one win behind. PSU three behind that. Princeton is 4th. Hmm... -

Array Anyone want to update your prediction for overall NCAA champion after today's women's final? I predict Notre Dame will overtake St Johns in the men's events and out distance PSU. -

Array Gotta keep to the predictions. No fair changing things after new information are introduced. -

Array That's some pretty impressive picking. How did the midseason polls match the end results here?
I thought ND's men's team was a little stronger than their women's, so I am surprised things shook out the way they did. A few top performers came away with lower numbers than I would have expected. Plus, Penn State definitely turned it on when they needed it. -

Penn State always brings it strong for NCAAs. Similar Threads -
