Fechtsport Langenkamp Fire

I placed an order with Fechtsport a couple weeks ago, and hadn't gotten a response from them afterwards. I sent a couple emails, but didn't get a response. Today I got an email from them

"Please excuse our late answer.
We had a fire at our Computersystem on 17.12.2002 and we are
now working with an emergency program.
Since today we can send emails again.
Because the database with articles and customer data was destroyed
and has to be setup again, we ask for your understanding.
At the moment a specialist is working on recovering as much data as
possible.
This will need some time.
We ask for your understanding."


Anyway, in case anyone had order something from them and hadn't gotten a response, that's what is going on.

I called over the holiday period and got a message saying they were closed until the 15th.
Too bad, they have good prices I find...
