The same as their epee tip screws.

IIRC it's a M2x0.25, similar to Allstar/Uhlmann, Prieur and Sport 7. The big difference between LP and the others is that LP use a Class A thread whereas everyone else uses a Class B thread (as I understand it the Class A thread is sharper at the edges).

Yup. That's right. I even have taps for that size! Non-LP foil screws are generally 1.7MMx2.5, but they are not all standard.

A better grade of steel as well, IIRC. You're correct about the class of cut. I haven't bought any screws for epee BUT LP for several years now.

Check your pitch number, I think you transmogrified the deesimal point.

Mergs, I didn't see the tap on your site. I need to chase the threads on a couple of barrels, although it may be cheaper just to replace them.

BTW, I've never head of class A and B threads. There's class 1, 2 and 3 tolerances, with a class 1 fit being the loosest and class 3 the tightest. IIRC, 'A' refers to external threads and 'B' to internal. Of course I only know ASME/ANSI standards. Is that a metric designation for tolerance?

Looks like M2x0.25 is an unusual pitch. Replacing the barrel is looking very attractive.
