haha I remember when I was little, and played softball (3rd- 6th grade ish) my friends would laugh at me whenever I threw the ball or hit it. Though they don't laugh anymore because it actually helps. Scientists have proven that a grunt adds 4% momentum to your throw or whatever it is that you are exerting yourself it. hehe now All of my friends grunt when hitting or throwing.

Of course not, but it came from the lips of someone I trust very well which is the same as hearing it from the scientists themselves. There are many things said that do not come straight from the founders mouths, but we believe them, and do not question it. We don't know everyone.

Well, only if you aren't a natural skeptic, like me!

N.B. There's a reason why courts will almost never accept second-hand statements ( hearsay ), no matter how respectable and trusted the witness. There is simply too much potential for information to get lost, added, scrambled or misemphasized, much less edited or even invented.

No biggie, though. Just thought I'd verify it for myself if possible.
